Do I need to use your carrier accounts?

No. You bring your own DPD, DHL, Palletways and TPN credentials. Labelio talks to those APIs directly so you use the rates you've negotiated - we don't take a cut of postage.

How does the free trial work?

14 days, full access to your tier's features. No credit card. At the end, you pick a plan or your data is archived for 30 days in case you change your mind.

Does it work with platforms other than Shopify?

Shopify is the primary integration today. Amazon, WooCommerce and Magento are on the roadmap - if you need one of these, tell us during onboarding and we'll prioritise.

What happens to existing orders if I cancel?

You can export everything - orders, customers, consignments - as CSV or JSON at any time, including after cancellation. You own your data; we don't hold it hostage.

How does it integrate with our warehouse?

When you generate consignments, the relevant warehouse site gets an email with a printable batch of labels + packing lists. Most teams have it open on a screen near the packing bench. If you want a tighter integration (printer triggers, scanner workflow), that's on the Scale plan.

Where's my data stored?

UK datacentres. We're a UK business shipping UK product to UK customers; we built this for that reality. EU data residency on request for the Scale plan.
